Pricing & Deposit Policy
At Rise LaserWorks, every order is created with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. To ensure a smooth experience for our customers and allow us to plan materials, production schedules, and delivery timelines effectively, we’ve established the following pricing and payment policies.
Pricing & Quotes
All custom orders are quoted based on the materials, design requirements, production time, and quantity involved.
Quotes are provided before work begins, ensuring customers understand the cost of their order. Any changes that affect pricing will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Unless otherwise specified, quoted prices are in Canadian dollars.
Payment & Deposit Requirements
To help cover upfront material costs and reserve production time, payment requirements are determined by the total value of your order.

$250–$2,499 | 50% deposit |
$2,500 and above | 50% deposit or agreed payment milestones |
Deposits are applied directly toward the total order value. Any remaining balance is due upon completion, before pickup or delivery.
Order Confirmation & Production
An order is considered confirmed once the required payment has been received and any necessary artwork or design details have been approved.
Production timelines begin once all required materials, information, and approvals are available.
Custom materials are not ordered until the required payment has been received.
Changes & Revisions
We understand that details sometimes change. Minor adjustments may be accommodated before production begins.
Changes to approved designs, quantities, materials, or specifications may affect the final price or completion timeline. Any additional costs will be communicated for approval before proceeding.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because custom orders often involve materials purchased specifically for your project and time dedicated to design and production, deposits may become non-refundable once work or material purchasing has begun.
If an order is cancelled before any expenses or work have been incurred, a refund may be available.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed individually, with consideration given to materials purchased, work completed, and any costs already committed.
Rush Orders & Special Arrangements
Rush orders may be subject to additional charges or full upfront payment, depending on production requirements and scheduling.
Alternative payment arrangements may be available for established commercial clients or larger projects and must be agreed upon in writing before production begins.
